The most intelligent, modern software that you always wanted.

Everything you need.
Day one. No exceptions.

Built by an operator who ran this business on every major platform and built the one that actually works. No add-ons. No tiers. No higher plan where the good stuff lives. Everything on this page — day one.

What actually changes on Monday

Five things this software does
that your current one does not.

The full list is below — every feature, all of it included. These five are the reason the list exists.

01

AI Dispatch answers the phone, the texts and the email.

Not a generic chatbot. It quotes from your rate sheet, your zones and your surcharges — the same fare engine your booking portal runs — and answers policy questions from a knowledge base you wrote in plain English. It can take the whole booking, or hand off to a human the moment someone asks for one.

02

Schedule by drag and drop. Not by dropdown.

Drag a driver onto the trip. The vehicle and the payroll line come with them and post straight to your books. No opening the reservation, no hunting through a dropdown, no confirmation dialog — it saves where you dropped it. Drag a car, a spare or a status the same way, and drop onto a selection to move the whole group at once.

03

A message in. A filled-in quote out.

An email, a text, a voicemail transcript, a PDF from a corporate account — drop it into the quote generator and it reads the details, fills out the reservation form, prices it off your live rates and files it as a quote. Vehicle class comes from the luggage; pickup time comes from the flight. You read it over and send. No re-typing an address you were already given.

04

You are never in the dark.

Every text and email, every flight change, every status change, every driver position — recorded against the trip it belongs to, in one sequential history. Not five screens, not a support ticket. Open the reservation and read what happened, top to bottom. The server writes it and the browser only reads it, which is what makes it worth everything in a dispute.

Live — every reservation
05

Status set by where the car is — not by who remembered.

As the vehicle crosses each geofence the status changes on its own: en route, arrived, on location, passenger on board. A status nobody had to remember to press is a status you can trust. The passenger's “your car is here” goes out when the car is actually there. Payroll bills the hours the vehicle actually worked, not the ones typed in at the end of a shift. And the dispatcher stops chasing drivers for updates that were never going to be accurate anyway.

The job you can't cover
is still your job.

Hand it to an operator you trust — the next city or the next country — and keep the customer, the record and the invoice. Take work back the same way on the mornings your cars are sitting. Premier Booker speaks the open interchange standard that 65 + dispatch platforms across 80 countries already run, so the operator at the other end never has to be running Premier Booker at all.

Illustrative — the arcs show the kind of exchange the network carries, not live traffic.

Nothing leaves without you.

Every offer goes out marked pending, at your say-so. Nothing farms itself out, nothing dispatches itself, and no money, text or email moves on its own — the software's job is to carry the offer, not to make the decision.

The passenger stays yours.

An offer travels with the name and the street address masked — enough for a partner to price the trip, not enough to keep the customer. Full details unlock the moment they commit to covering it, and not one second earlier.

We never touch the money.

Partners invoice each other directly. Premier Booker records who owes what and stays out of the payment entirely — no intermediary holding your fare, no per-trip cut on the trips you exchange with other Premier Booker operators.

Everything on this page. Day one.

Not a feature checklist.
An answer to your problems.

Every item above exists because a real operator had a real problem that no other platform solved. This is what building from the inside looks like.
