Terms of Service

What you're buying

A Premier Booker order is a license to install and run the software on infrastructure you control — your server, your domain, your Firebase project, your own API keys for maps, flight tracking, SMS, and payments. Premier Booker Inc. does not host your booking portal, does not store your bookings, and cannot see your customers' data once you're live. See the Privacy Policy for what our own site (not your installation) collects.

License

  • One license covers one operator running on one primary domain. It is not transferable and may not be resold or sublicensed to a third party.
  • The founding rate ($299/month or $2,990/year) is locked for the life of that license as long as the subscription stays active. Letting it lapse and resubscribing later reprices at the then-current list rate.
  • The list rate ($399/month or $3,990/year) applies to any license started after founding pricing closes.
  • One-time setup/migration assistance, where purchased, is priced separately ($499–$999) and is not a recurring charge.

Billing and cancellation

  • Billing is monthly or annual, by your choice at checkout, charged in advance via the card on file.
  • Cancel any time; your license stays active through the end of the period already paid for. There is no partial-period refund.
  • Your own installation — the code already deployed to your server — keeps running after cancellation. What you lose is future updates and support tied to the license.

Your responsibilities

Because Premier Booker is self-hosted, you own the operational side: server security and uptime, your Firebase/Firestore rules and billing, the accuracy of your rates and fleet configuration, and compliance with the payment processor and messaging-carrier terms tied to the API keys you supply. Comms and payment features ship dark-by-default — turning them on for your customers is your decision, made in your own admin panel.

Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Premier Booker Inc. is not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use or configuration of the software. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes; material changes to an active license's pricing or scope will be communicated to the email on file before they take effect.
