Privacy Policy

The short version

This policy covers premierbooker.ca — the marketing site you're reading now, and the checkout at buy.html. It does not cover any operator's own Premier Booker installation: once an operator buys a license and self-hosts, their booking portal runs on their own server and domain, under their own privacy policy, and this site has no access to their bookings, drivers, or customers.

What this site collects

Two things happen on premierbooker.ca that touch a visitor's data:

• Basic usage analytics. Page views and download-button clicks are sent as an anonymous beacon (via the browser's sendBeacon API) so we know which pages get read and which links get used. No cookies are set, no account or device fingerprint is built, and nothing is tied to an individual visitor's identity.
• The purchase form on buy.html. To process a license order we collect your name, email address, company name, the domain you'll install on, and your billing address (country, province/state, city, postal code). Card details are entered directly into a Moneris-hosted payment field and tokenized by Moneris — we never see or store the card number.

How that information is used

Purchase-form data is used to issue your license, generate your receipt, and contact you about your order or account. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be disclosed if required by law.

What happens after you self-host

Premier Booker is white-label software an operator installs on their own server. From that point on, every booking, passenger record, driver location ping, and payment your installation processes stays on your infrastructure, under your Firebase project and your API keys. We do not receive a copy. If you're a customer of a Premier Booker operator (booking a ride), your data question belongs with that operator, not with us.
